Teasing Master Takagi-san Manga Ends soon (season 4 Release Date, or will it ever happen?)

The announcement was made in the recently released September 2023 issue of the magazine (via Comic Natalie). The Teasing Master Takagi-san manga by Souichirou Yamamoto will publish its final chapter in the November 2023 issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Shonen Sunday, which goes on sale in Japan on October 12.

Ten years ago, in 2013, Monthly Shonen Sunday Mini published Teasing Master Takagi-san, which began reissuing in the monthly Shonen Sunday magazine in 2016. The middle schooler Nishikata and his friend Takagi-san, who continually teases him, are the subjects of the teen romantic comedy. The manga is published in English by Yen Press.

Shin-Ei Animation's TV anime series, which debuted in 2018, was followed by two more seasons, which aired in 2019 and 2022, as well as Teasing Master Takagi-san the Movie in 2022. All of the entries were directed by Akagi Hiroaki, with Aya Takano serving as character designer. Season 1's series composition was overseen by Michiko Yokote; however, the following two seasons did not have a series composer listed. Hiroko Fukuda, a scriptwriter for Seasons 2 and 3, was in charge of the movie's story development.

With the release of the spin-off series Karakai Jouzu no (Moto) Takagi-san (Teasing Master [Former] Takagi-san) in 2017, fans were treated to the sight of a married Nishikata and Takagi. By March 2023, there would be eight tankoubon volumes available. From 2017 until 2020, the manga spin-off Koi ni Koisuru Yukari-chan (Lover of Love Yukari-chan) was broadcast.

Still, it has got to be another season of the show, If there’s anything that I want further of. The manga surely progresses on certain plot vestments, and I’d hope to see them manifest on-screen one day. Not to mention, there's also a derivation series running at the same time as the current manga, about the same two characters( spoilers if I say anything further).
