The conflict between All Might and All for One was resolved in the previous chapter of My Hero Academia. All Might was being assisted by Stain, who utilized his bloodcurdle power to stop him in his tracks. This allowed All Might to strike All For One with his final stroke and put an end to the conflict.
However, All for One counted the two and destroyed them both. He then ended the conflict while thoroughly crushing both Stain and All Might. But the latter persisted in his struggle. All Might demonstrated fighting once more in the previous chapter, and My Hero Academia chapter 403 is expected to focus on this aspect of the tale as well.
